• HOW TO ORDER COOKIES:

I need atleast 2 weeks notice when placing an order but as soon as you have a date in mind you might want to touch base so I can add you to my calendar (see payment information below). I do fill up quickly especially around holidays and graduations. Anything less than 2 week would be a rush order and there is an additional charge of $25. Each cookie is made over a three day period : one day for making the dough and baking. One day for decorating. Finally on the third day additional details will be added as well as drying for a minimum of 8 hours.

  • PAYMENT:

A $36 NON-REFUNDABLE retainer is required which covers your personal design consultation, this will be subtracted from your final invoice. I will send you a Venmo invoice after we work out all of the details and once paid I will add you to my calendar.

  • COOKIE FLAVORS:

My cookies are a shortbread butter cookie frosted with vanilla royal icing. I don't use any nut products in my cookies but I bake in a kitchen where there are nut items. The cookies contain flour, powdered sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla and my royal icing uses meringue powder, powdered sugar and vanilla.  I also offer a chocolate chip and chocolate cookie.

  • CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund (with the exception of the $35 non-refundable deposit) if 2 weeks (14 days) notice is given prior to the pick up date. Any cancellation less than 2 weeks will not be refunded. If shipping cookies, I take great care in packaging my cookies in bubble wrap to ensure that they will arrive intact. However, no refunds will be given for broken or damaged cookies. I ship using USPS Priority Mail. No refunds will be given due to carrier delays. Once the package has left my possession the shipping and handling of the package is no longer in my control.

  • COOKIE PACKAGING:

Cookies come individually wrapped in a heat sealed bag to ensure freshness and placed in a bakery box for pick up. If you'd like your cookies wrapped with a ribbon/other decoration or boxed separately that will be an additional $15 (all to be discussed when order is placed).  

  • STORING DECORATED COOKIES:

Sugar cookies have a long shelf life. They stay fresh for up to two weeks when kept in sealed bags or an air-tight container in the freezer. If you decide to freeze the cookies, place individually bagged cookies into a freezer zip bag, then into the plastic air-tight container. Place the container in the freezer. To defrost, remove container from freezer. Leave it untouched until cookies are room temperature. DO NOT expose cookies to air while they are cold. Condensation will appear on the cold cookies that are not wrapped, ruining the icing. Icing can sometimes (not always) take on a slight blotchy appearance (especially darker colors).
